Novelhaus (the “Platform”) is operated by Immersekool (“Company”). This Legal Notice defines the legal responsibilities, rights, and obligations related to the use of the Platform, in compliance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Article 1 (Purpose)
This Legal Notice aims to clarify the Company’s legal policies and liability scope related to the use of the Platform and to inform users of their legal obligations.
Article 2 (Ownership & Copyright)
- Ownership of the intellectual property rights for any submitted content shall belong to the users. In the case of collaborative works, the rights shall be divided and allocated according to the ownership stakes agreed upon by the participating authors.
- By submitting content, users grant the Company a worldwide, exclusive, royalty-free license.
- Completed novels may be jointly owned according to the Platform’s announced participation structure.
- Users are solely responsible for any infringement of third-party rights.
Article 3 (User Responsibility)
- Users must comply with applicable laws and must not engage in fraudulent or disruptive activities.
- Legal disputes arising from user-submitted content are the sole responsibility of the user.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of user-submitted content.
- The Company is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure or technical issues.
Article 5 (IP Protection)
Copyright infringement reports may be submitted to samcheonghaus@gmail.com. The Company will take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 6 (Governing Law & Jurisdiction)
This Legal Notice shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The court having jurisdiction over the Company’s principal office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
This Legal Notice is effective as of January 1, 2026.
